I have not been running as far due to my knees still recovering from the fall. Its been almost a week and they are still bruised and sore.

Just Keep Running...Running for fit. I have run for years. XC and track in high school and college. In grad school now.
Love running on trails.
I have struggled for years to find a weight that I am happy with. Now I am running to become healthier and gain some confidence. This is my motivation to stay health and tone up. Doing it the healthy way. Trying to stay positive.
Been a busy week
Fell yesterday
I fell yesterday running and I am soooo sore today. Both knees, my left elbow, my left hip and both hands are bruised and scrapped up pretty good. I was running on a nice trail and all of a sudden I was on the ground. Got back up and had to run 2 miles back to my car. Ran 2 miles today just to get something in, but I hurt really bad!
