LIFTING GOALS: Lift 2-3x per week!

PR: 20:46 high school/college 5k 

PR half marathon: 1:50.36 

Right Now: 23:17 (took 2nd in my age group :)

5k Goals:

Goal 1: 21:59

Goal 2: 20:59

Goal 3: 19:59

Other goals: Tone up eat healthy:

I am 5’2.  I have always struggled with my weight.  Last year I was very stressed with grad school and ended up gaining weight.  I have been working to tone up and lose some weight.  My weight goals are more to be healthy and are used to keep me on track.  If I do not hit the goals, but instead tone up I will be just as happy!
